Laboratory gas scrubbers
Aggressive gaseous pollutants, such as hydrofluoric acid (HF), hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulphuric acid (H2SO4) or perchloric acid (HClO4) are frequently released during laboratory work.
Our range of products therefore includes gas scrubbers which are dimensioned in such a way that they fit all standard types of laboratory furniture from top-ranking producers.
Our laboratory scrubbers are fully automatic and their functions are independently programmable.
Our range includes three types of devices:
LWA type
Laboratory gas scrubber for installation in the upper storage unit of a laboratory fume hood (built-in type).
In this production series, the scrubbing liquid container and the absorber are integrated into a compact unit. The scrubber is suitable for operation with water (physical absorption) or with lye (chemical absorption). The latter is highly recommended as it requires less water and, thus, involves lower operating costs. Performance specifications are available upon request.
LWG type
In connection with our laboratory neutralisation, we offer a separate gas absorber which is installed in the upper part of the fume hood. Scrubbing liquid is added to the gas absorber via the pumping line of the recirculation pump of the laboratory neutra. The return flow from the gas absorber is again drawn off via the neutra and neutralised there. Performance specifications and further technical details are available upon request.
LWB type
Laboratory gas scrubber for installation in a laboratory cabinet or as an independent unit.
This scrubber is also suitable for use with water (physical absorption) or with lye (chemical absorption).
Performance specifications and further technical details are available upon request.
