Gas scrubber for the galvanic industry

Amongst others, nitric acid is used for the deplating of the pickling basins when coating surfaces. Nitrous gases and all other acid vapours which develop during these processes need to be removed in an exhaust gas cleaning system.

VSS-Umwelttechnik offers gas scrubber which may be adapted flexibly to variable parameters. During operation, the pH value may thus be adjusted to varying pollution levels.

The depicted gas scrubber (see illustration) made of polypropylene (PP) nature, for example, is directly inserted into a safety basin. A chemical reservoir is integrated in the scrubbing liquid tank.
